Our annual support contract (₹860,000/year or $10,000) includes 20 L3 critical tickets, 30 L2 high-priority tickets, and 50 L1 low-priority tickets. L3 issues get 4-hour response, L2 gets 8-hour response, and L1 gets 24-hour response. All support comes with Service Level Agreements.
